OUR Charter
The Lambda Delta Chapter at the University of Georgia was chartered on November 11th, 1988, by Genesis: The Fourteen Ladies of Controversy. We strive to provide an atmosphere where professional networks and lifetime friendships are developed. Our commitment to service lies within the sorority's slogan, "Greater Service, Greater Progress."
our essence
Lambda Delta is home to women of diverse backgrounds and campus involvement, but the very thing that binds us all together is our unique sisterhood.
We like to emphasize the importance of individuality, and knowing to always stand up for what is right, even if it equals being the only one standing. We teach each other to understand and to embrace what it means to be different, while encouraging each other up the ladder of success.
